CW-2000 Ultrasonic-microwave Cooperative Extractor/Reactor

To overcome the deficiency of above kinds of sample ultrasonic or microwave assistive technology, attempt in combing ultrasonic with microwave was taken, making full use of ultrasonic vibration cavitational effect and microwave’s high energy effect, a new idea of ultrasonic-microwave cooperative sample pretreatment in low temperature and normal pressure is firstly put forward, and a CW-2000 ultrasonic-microwave cooperative extractor/reactor is successfully developed.

This instrument ingeniously puts the sample reactor which fixes on an ultrasonic transducer (50W) into an adjustable power microwave radiation cavity, by a series of electronic auto control technology, achieves three different modes of action: direct ultrasonic, opening microwave and cooperative mode.
